STUDY PLAN

In B.Movie School’s Annual Acting for Camera Course, you will learn first-hand what it means to perform in front of a camera, whether for a commercial, television, films, or simply a class video. Classes will be taught in both English and Spanish, making this a unique opportunity to practice the language while learning and enjoying the experience.

Course objective

Our main goal is to introduce you to each activity in the most entertaining and educational way possible. That is why we will give you the freedom to bring your creativity and talent to life while guiding and advising you at every step.

Who is this course for?

The Acting for Camera course is aimed at young people between 12 and 21 years old who are interested in acting and want to train in the most practical way possible.

Working philosophy

We offer a learning method based on the Learning-by-doing philosophy. The goal is to strengthen each student’s skills, develop their creativity, and stimulate their problem-solving abilities.

From the very beginning, students take part in practical activities, helping them take their first step into the audiovisual world while learning about themselves throughout the process. All our courses are focused on specific projects, creating a continuous learning program where students can see their work and progress become a reality.

Final project
PROJECT

Throughout the course, we offer our students different experiences to develop their talent both inside and outside the classroom, giving them constant on-camera practice.

Types of projects

Each term and at the end of the course, students will apply what they have learned through photo sessions, introduction videos, dramatic, comedy, or horror scenes, short films or series pilots, while also working on their CV, professional profile, and casting search.

Material and distribution

We guarantee our students the experience of working on a professional set connected to the industry, and we aim to give their projects the widest possible distribution through festivals that match the quality of the final result.

Production platform

We encourage students to build their own production platform during the course: brand, social media, castings, and production tasks, just like an emerging company.
